Peter has a wealth of experience in the property and business market in Goulburn being involved in some of Goulburns largest projects and developments, and is determined to put Goulburn City on the map! Peter has successfully assisted clients from all walks of life ie from large international corporations to the first home buyer in the processes of buying and selling residential and commercial properties.
Peters passion for real estate within Goulburn shows as he is constantly striving to bring Goulburn city to another level as its potential is limitless.
Peters history in Goulburn starts from founding and pastoring a school and church to being a member of the local council, advising, and coordinating many charitable events. Being heavily involved in the Goulburn community and knowing the city is Peter's biggest asset to the property market. Through Peters knowledge and constant drive and interest within Goulburn he is regularly asked to provide his opinions and reports on the property market in various forms of media inside and out of the city.
For the past two years Peter has been on the executive committee of Regional Development Australia which is an initiative of both the Federal and State Governments. This role enables Peter to have an insight and overview of what is happening in the region.

Lyn has been an integral part of the team at Peter Mylonas Property Solutions since July 2006. During this time Lyn has been responsible for all accounting, trust accounting, office and sales administration. In addition to this she has been instrumental in the commercial and residential sales and property management arm of the business.
With a legal secretarial background specializing in commercial law as well as fourteen years in the hospitality industry Lyn is committed to customer service and attention to detail.
Lyn has been a long term resident of the Goulburn community since 1979, whose adult children were educated in Goulburn, and enjoys a very active lifestyle with varied interests ranging from fitness, photography and learning French.
Lyn will be increasingly involved in selling residential properties and will be continuing to combine her empathy with people and her enthusiasm about Goulburn’s lifestyle and the opportunities Goulburn as a regional centre presents.
